gprs dowloading problem f480 samsung

hey bro & sis require some help on gprs downloading.
i have samsung f480 and i can download games through gprs but i am unable to download any other files or songs etc. my phone details are-
fta sw version f480.010
firmware f480ddhg1
fta hw version rev1.3
