hmm, would a shotgun blast kill you at 10 feet with one shot? yeah probably. does it do that in the game? yes, usually.

hmm, would a shotgun blast not kill you from 30 feet? no, probably not (unless it was a slug). does it not kill you in the game? no, usually not.


seems pretty realistic to me.
 
yeah, they need to fix the shotgun, it has the ability to drop people, with no perfect reload from a good 20-30 feet away, it does happen alot. hell even ive done it and questioned it. they need to fix the way the game detects damage and make some tweaks to it. you shoot a guy 2 times before he fires once yet your the one who goes down doesnt make sense at all. games isnt perfect, nor do i expect it to be, but more than i play it the more i notice how many things need some tweaking
 
the worst thing ive seen for that patch has to be removing server name from ranked matches, its bad enough theres no "clan" options or matches. or ability to play ranked matches with friends without searching for friends room. but now they decide to make it next to impossible to play ranked matches with friends.... very lame
 
that is kinda lame. they need to have ranked "clan" matches or something, where you can have 3-on-3 up to 8-on-8 ranked clan matches.

they can set it up where your clan opens and fills the spots in a room, and then when all your guys are in there the host of the room selects that you're ready, and then the computer matches you with another ready clan with the same number of people. doesn't seem like that would be difficult to set up
 
MS's reasoning for that, which they've stated all along (and i dont agree with), is they feel that if friends play together in ranked matches, the opportunity to cheat is high and i guess enough people bitch about that so thats the reasoning. kinda retarded
 
shotgun is perfect the way it is. Glad they fixed tagging tho.

I'm pissed that i cant find friends hosting ranked matches anymore tho,
 
What makes the shotgun so unfair is that you start with it. The grenades aren't really an issue because if you don't like them, you can just start your own match without them. Maybe they should tone down the shotgun and make the Lancer a little more capable of headshots.
