Gov. Brown signs Dream Act for California

Would those be illegal mexicans who can't vote or legal mexicans who can but this does nothing to help them? Also by mexicans do you mean people from mexico or anybody from central or south america?
 
-Make fake scholarship program
-Acquire information (Name, address, etc.) of illegals.
-Turn information over to I.N.S. / other law enforcement officials

at first I was going to be like,"Well yeah, their parents don't pay into property taxes, etc"
But statistically the parents of one of every three kiRAB has no net tax burden...
education is supposed to be an investment on society's part. if paco's son is educated and stays in the states as he likely will and contributes, its worth it-but no free ride, i.e. he can't do so for free and force his citizen neigrabroador's to foot the bill.
solution? buy in amnesty.
 
I've never claimed to be an English major so you won't see me complaining, I do my best to make posts that someone can understand and that's roughly the extent.
