Gothic Horse Books/Movies?

[Gothic Grammer]

My personality is wide and branching, but two of my most noticeable traits are I'm horse crazy and rather Gothic. I read a lot of books about horses and watch a lot of movies about horses, but I've never seen any that are gothic. I also love books/movies about troubled teens and horses, but these are hard to find that are relatable/realistic. Any suggestions? What are your favorite horse stories?
Just a note: I'm 18 so young reader and adult are best for books, nothing too childish.
