Got really angry in sex and punched my girlfriend...how can I make her stay?

Last night..well..more than just last night, every time I fuck I tend to get really angry with the girl I am fucking. I punched my girlfriend in the face so hard that she passed out immediately and when I managed to wake her up she was sick while I held her, and she fainted again 20 minutes later.

Ever since she has ignored my text messages. I even sent her a free pizza from where I work and she took it, my delivery guy told me, but she didn't ask him to say thank you????

I really don't want her to leave me. I like her a lot.
