i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled on thursday the 19th. the oral surgeon did it with a local or novocain. when the novocain wore off i was screaming and crying because i was in so much pain, even though i had just taken an oxycodone, a few hours later i threw up and figured out i'm allergic to oxycodon so i took ibuprofen instead and was fine, today i woke up expecting some of the swelling to have gone down but found my face to be even more swollen then it was yesterday. in fact its so swollen i'm starting to bruise. what can i do to bring down the swelling? i iced it in the first 24 hours like the doctor told me and i used moist heat today and i lightly rinsed my mouth with salt water 3 times yesterday and twice today, what can i do!!?!?
