Got my 6700 to connect to Cricket WAP but have problems

After reading through http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1075361 I decided to enter the values into my vx6700. To my surprise the phone actually connects to the cricket wap service but goes no further (phone says connected to Cricket dial up but times out trying to load web pages). I thought I might share this with fellow 6700 owners and see if we can possibly make this work. Any ideas? :2thurabs:

can you load www.google.com? this should be accessable if the data session is started correctly. if it's not, then at least you made some progress in getting it to connect.

No google yet. Browser just says loading then eventually times out. I know that at some point there is a connection because the 1x data transffer icon is displayed. I will have to mess around with some settings and see what happens...

no my 6700 is a verizon one...it still should work though
