This past year I signed an agreement with t-mobile and in doing so they were very nice prior to signing a contract however once they got me to sign the contract, their attitude change 150 % ...
I started to have a problem with the signal they provided at both my home and work location and All I got was a run around. First they said they would check into it by checking the signal in my home area and that they would get back to me. Mean time, I lost important calls several times, they never got back to me. I also experience the same problem at my work location. Several weeks passed and they never called. When calling them regarding the service, they continued to give me the runaround at one point putting me on hold and not returning to the call. I called again and I asked if I could terminate the contract as they weren't providing adequate service and they simply told me that I could not do that and that if I did that on my own, they would fine me with an early termination fee. Well service never improved and I kept loosing calls so I opted out as I would be loosing important calls and instead of pro-rating me for opting out early of six months left on the contract, they just decided to fine me the full early termination fee of $200.00. I think that this is very unfair of them to do this to people that are just trying to make ends meet. Finally I went with Sprint and I have an excellent signal at both work and at home. Besides taking them to court, is there anything that can be done with these guys to at least get a pro rate back from them or complain to the attorney general's office for help.
