Got beat up! was i wrong not to go too hosp?

Hey , about 10 days ago i was attacked by a couple of men because i wouldnt give them a cigarette, they knocked me to the ground and jumped on my head, im not sure if it was both or just the one, one then kicked me full force on the forehead just above my left eye, wen they jumped on my head it split right open from the end of my eyebrow leading dwn to me eye, the blood spattered up the wall on impact also, i know this needed stitching but its my worste fear so i never went to the hosp :( both my eyes went black (one caused by the kick in the head and is still black) , i have this huge lump on my forehead and there seems to be a small dent on the lump also, im worried this won't go away :( also have a huge lump on the back of my head wer it had been cut also and a certain very painful part here dont seem to be gettin any less painful :( im just wondering if anyone had any advice about this awful lump (dent) i looked like the elephant man till a few days ago :(

I am so sorry to hear about this! I would definitely suggest getting it looked at. You want to make sure everything heals properly. At this point, maybe try an urgent care clinic rather than emergency room or hospital. An emergency care clinic deals with injuries like this and should be able to get you in pretty quickly and for less money/less insurance copay. These are also good because they are open for extended hours when compared to a regular doctor's office. I hope you feel better soon!!
 
I would be worried about a blood clot forming.

This is a terrible thing to happen.

Hopefully you put ice on these lumps after this happened?

Any headaches, for all safety you should see a doctor
