Got a ROKR, how do I put the EVDO on it?

So I've been trying to research and figure out how to put the EVDO on my cricket branded ROKR. I found the correct PRL file I need. I guess my question is, how do I get it on my phone? I am in Pittsburgh so I know we have EVDO here.

I've downloaded RSD General already as I read I need that. Where do I get the USB drivers so I can install the phone when I plug it into my computer?

Is there a dummy guide somewhere I can follow step by step?

I found instructions on how to do this using PST, I downloaded PST. It won't regonize my phone at all, only RSD see's my phone.
 
Got it all to work and evdo down works great. I actually work 4 cricket, didn't realize I had such easy access to get my own subsidy code. thx for those who helped
 
I just thought I'd ask this question. If you live in an EVDO market, why won't your Rokr download the EVDO Prl when you program over-the-air?
Is EVDO not officially there yet?
I know when it became "official" in Denver, even some old Slvr hanRABets were displaying 3G on them when programmed with *228.
 
It's not officially launched in the Pittsburgh market. We just had a training on the usb labtop card, its launching here oct 21st.
