Got a PS3 for christmas...should I trade it in for a Wii?

Juniors and Seniors can with they have jobs. It might take a while to save up though. I know kids in my area can get a PS3 from their parents and they won't think twice about it... spoiled brats.
 
Are you crazy? Keep the PS3. I own both and the PS3 is already showing that it's going to be incredible. Look at the GT:HD demo, Motor Storm, etc. Virtua Fighter 5 and Heavenly Sword come out in a couple of months.

You'll regret not keeping it in 6 months - 1 Year, trust me. Unless you plan on purchasing it again later you should keep it.

By the way, I have had no technical issues with it. Neither has anyone I know who has one.
 
i have a wii and its fun.. but ive been looking at the games coming out for it and the outlook is alil bleek..? sure Super Smash Bro and Mario galaxy and metroi... anyone else seeing a pattern here? there are no really killer 3rd party games coming out for the wii anytime soon. and your gonna also find that when you play the ports on this system, they are fun for alil bit, but then your gonna wish you just had a normal controller and online play and non-gamecube graphics (ie Need for speed, Call of duty, spliter cell).

the wii is fun and im gonna keep it in hopes something happens but im gonna get a PS3 also for all of the ports id rather play on it. like Need for Speed, Resistance, Haze, Heavy Rain, Motor Storm, Metal Gear, Heavly sword.. there are alot of cool games coming out for the PS3 and 360, i just dont see anything thats blowing my skirt up on the Wii.
 
fuck no dont trade it for a Wii. I stood in line for hours waiting for a Wii. I was first in line, the manager came out 30 minutes before the GameStop opened and told everyone he had 2 Nintendo Wii's and 1 PS3 20 gig. I bought a Wii and a PS3. My only reason of gettin the PS3 was to sell. i wanted teh Wii. but after playing both i sold the Wii and kept hte ps3.
