Got a character now I need a storyline/blurb?

Ok so im not sure of her name yet but shes 15 (so far) and shes a bit of a rebel! She has brown curly hair up to her shoulders and has bright brown eyes, hazel. She has a tounge piercing and/or a belly button pierce. She is a funny smart girl and loves to be a trouble maker. She hangs out with a gang of her friends (girls and boys) she is a kind, skinny girl but is trouble because she has a rough time at home with her dad being extremely strict and her kind mother and two little brothers (she sets a bad example to them) ...maybe a new boy should come to school or she moves schools? Not sure help?

I think her name should be Blaze. A hot name for a rebel character but sweet at the same time.

And maybe it would be nice if she moves to a new school. No friends because no one could understand her character. Somewhat, the guy would be her buddy. But I hope the guy wouldn't be a all-out nice guy. Give him a character.
