got a 95 yamaha xt225 will not startafter battery was charged?

k my 95 yamaha xt 225 enduro will not start i had it stored away in a friends shed it started the day i went to take it out and i rode it to work and it ran good then the other day i tried to start it and it tried to start but the batter y went to click and i charged the battery up and then it will not start now

Hard to say. The first thing I do after pulling any bike out of storage is change the gas and sparkplungs. Its a start.
