got a 1991 honda civic not getting fire replaced cap coil control mod distributer and

brain under floor mat? its not getting fire out the coil but gots power going to it dont know what it could be the fuel pump is good and checked the relay but its got power to the + and - on the coil dont know if its susposed to or not tho
 
bad ECM module,or your a shade tree tuner that has no clue to what doing.If any of the pollution control items are disabled the ECM will
shut down the engine and it will not start.
