OK so I brought this dvd from HMV when it came out so that was around September/Ocotber 2009; so yes I realise it's a long time ago. However, although I'd watched the DVD I'd never bothered with the special features that are apparently on there (according to the box!). I just went to watch them the other day and they aren't there! I've tried it on a DVD player, blu-ray player and also on my laptop but they are not showing up. I read on Amazon alot of other people having this problem, they however realised last year when they brought the box set and phoned some number (I don't want to phone it incase its fake) to get a replacement. Does anyone know if there is a way to replace the box set ... or will I have to just buy it again if I want the special features (are they even worth it? I still have the deleted scenes!)
I got season 3 the other week in the sale, I'm going to start watching it soon...I really hope the special features work on that one (they are fine on season 1).
