Yes. But the Black Jack actualy has alot of isues on pre-paid. Mainly data,such as internet and pic msg. Plus it is a "data" phone, meaning it uses alot of data, so since gophone charges you a rate of .01/kb, you could recieve random data charges without even touching your phone. I dont recommend it. But on the flip side, a sim is a sim. Its the compatabilty of the service that you have to worry about,you can put your sim in any ATT phone just make sure you disable any security locks before switching.
