goose bumps, shaking, gasping for breath, help?

Hello,

This night the most scary thing happend to me.
It was around 4 o clock. Then Suddenly I think i heard something. I woke up a little, and before I know it I got REALLY cold! Goosebumps everywhere!
I started shaking really uncontrolably bad, Like i had a seizure.
Then I started gasping for breath! My heartbeat went crazy.
This all happend in like 5 seconds, and then it was gone.
It felt like my body was taken over or something!..
I hope this doesnt happen again.. :(

Does anybody know what happend?

Sounds like an anxiety attack to me. You have all the symptoms. Expecially since it went away. But I would get checked out regardless. Try not to panic.:angel:
 
I have been haveing simular symptoms going on with me.. all of a sudden for no appearent reason I break down into a sortof cold sweat watter is just poreing of me and I have massive goose bumps, I have weakness in my arms and hands or what I call twickes and bad breathing... I say that it is a reaction to lyerica thatws when th twiches started. but th drs says it is a number of things vitamin b12 defieshence on then vitamin d and now its kinda of out of sight out of mind...
