Ok so my phone was perfectly fine. Then all of sudden today it went posessed. When I click the delete button it types letters by itself and also lowers the volume of the phone. Also when I clik the enter and back button it types random letters itself. Strange? I tried resetting the phone and rebooting it, but it did not work! What is wrong with it? I've been paying 5$ every month for the insurance since May of 2008, its been like a year and a half & that obviously added up. Would they still make me pay a deductible fee to get a new one?
