keeps coming up? Ok I had a problem with my computer a week back cos of some evil download but slowly my antivirus fixed most of the issues. My google chrome is still not working though. i have un-installed it but it still just won't work (gets the kill pages icon everytime).
Now all of a sudden I'm getting popups with the link below (that obviously won't show as it's in google chrome)

(this just pops up all of a sudden while im using explorer)
What can I do? can I block this thing and make it go away so maybe chrome will start working again?
