Whenever I add a bookmark in Chrome, it is gone the next time I open the browser. Similarly, if I delete a bookmark, it is back when I start it again. Also, when I install and enable an extension, it is disabled the next time I start the browser. Basically, whenever I restart Chrome, it reverts to the way it was before I changed anything. I have uninstalled it and deleted the user data and reinstalled it multiple times to no prevail. What is the problem and how can I fix it? Please help!
