Google chrome opens images right when I save them?

I have been using Chrome for a while and it just started doing this today, for some reason whenever I save an image it automatically opens it. Normally I can just go the the download bar and tell it not to open when it gets done saving, but the download bar is not there. I went to options and didn't see anything that would fix it
