If I try and use Chrome it causes my PC to slow down to the point where it is completely unusable, opening up Opera and running the Firefox installer do the same. Weirdest thing is though, CPU usage is around 4% and RAM usage is only 800MB out of 3GB, so I can see no reason for the slowdown. I doubt it is a virus or anything along those lines as avast!, Norton, MBAM, Spyware Doctor and Spybot S&D all failed to pick anything up.
None of the anti-virus/spyware/malware programs were run in conflict with another, they were all run after shutting down the previous.
@Matilde: Care to clarify?
@idk: They were all run one at a time, each one was shut down completely before starting up the next one, running that many active at once is digital suicide.
