Google Chrome isn't working?

My Internet Explorer is working fine, but Google Chrome says the page isn't avvaliable whenever I try and open a website. And the internet is working fine, and it's paid. Anyone know what's going on? Also, if it heps, it say's the error is "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error."

Uninstall chrome from control panel and download the latest version.
