ive restarted it and have gone to settings and tried to fix it, but nothings changing. when i clicked on more info on this error it says Error 10 (net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED): Unknown error. (it says webpage is not available) and my internect connection is fine. and i dont want to uninstall it
