Google Android Pre-installed programs?

I'm trying to find out the programs that are installed on it before that addition of other programs by the user. E.g. the last photo down below

i've uninstalled two programs and now my android refuses to load. if you know of somewhere where i can fix it or how i can, please please please let me know.
