Definitely true. My friend is an Alltell employee and was talking to me about this the other day. I said I was kind of disappointed because Alltell always had the verizon phones for the most part, without the crappy UI, but he seemed excited about some things they would be doing. Regardless, I just hope it improves my fringe coverage!
