Good ways to cook salmon?

A friend gave me some salmon fillets to cook, and I have no idea how to prepare them.
Does anyone have any good recipes for salmon?

i usually marinade it in equal parts sesame oil soy sauce and rice vinegar and pan fry for about 5 mins on each side
