Hey im a 15 year old girl living in the UK. In 3 years i'll have to apply to university, of course i want to go to a good one. Apart from good grades, what else can i do to make my application stand out? If your answer is hobbies or something please can you be specific? thanks x
well depending on what you study of course.. but keep up to date on current affairs and do things that are relevant to your course e.g if you want to study english read a variety of books try your hand at writing? etc also things like Duke Of Edinbrugh bronse to gold are good also the trident award Work experience in the relevant field will make you stand out also join groups at school like Amnesty International or Debating society.. If youve done any music lessons keep up those grades bcz they look good too! Hope ove given you some ideas!
