Good study strategies for the AP World History exam?

Sooo, the AP world history exam is coming up in about 2 monthes..
I don't live in the U.S so its hard for me to buy books like 'Cracking the AP World history exam 2009, edition'

do you have any good study strategies that don't require 'buying practice study books'??

I didn't take the World History AP exam, but I did take and pass three other social science AP exams (U.S. History, U.S. Politics and Comparative Politics). That being said, those books are gold. If you don't live in the United States that's okay, you still have access to the Internet and Amazon.com is where I purchased my review books from.
I would really recommend you try to get one.
Otherwise I'm sure there are tons of sites on the Internet, I would just google AP World History review.
