Good starting BMX bike?

Are there any good first BMX bikes under $250? It would have to be 20" at least.

lol I would never buy one at Walmart, and point taken I won't find a really cheap one.
Well what do you think about this bike? It is only $50 above what I wanted to spend and I've heard good things about it from my friends.
