Good(somewhat inexpensive) way to add horsepower to my 1995 Pontiac Firebird?

Hi Everybody! I don't know a whole lot about cars, but I absolutely love to drive them. My current(and First) car is a 1995 Pontiac Firebird. It has a 3.4l v6 with a 5speed. It has a few mods(that were on the car when I got it), including a magnaflow catback exhaust, Coldair intake(I think its coldair, but i could be wrong), and thats all that I am aware of. I do have an aftermarket ram-air hood(because it looks badass), but i don't have anything Ram-air performance-wise. So does anybody have any suggestions? Like I said I have limited experience with cars, so if I said something that doesn't make sense, please don't call me a "dumbass" or something.:)

Also, it seems like it runs a bit funny, like the car doesn't respond as fast as it should. A couple of months ago I had a cam sensor replaced which helped this problem slightly, but its still a little sluggish. I was wondering if a bad(or going bad) fuel pump could cause an effect like this? I was told a while back that I would need one soon, but I can never tell when a mechanic is being honest or just trying to screw me over. Thank you very much in advance!!!

PS-heres a picture of it.
