Good salsa recipes, anyone?

I'm slightly addicted to chips and salsa. It's a weakness. :)

I'm always looking for new brands to try and new recipes to make.
Any one have a good salsa? I love spicy, but not so spicy you burn your mouth and get no flavor.

Thanks in advance!

f you like fresh mild salsa, not the cooked store bought style, here's one!

depending on how many people you are looking to feed, I will give you the recipe for 2-3 people. You can double it however many times you need! You can also add or remove whatever items you want to get a more personal flavor, more to your liking!

4-5 large roma tomatoes
3 med green chilis
1/4 of a small red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro (fresh is better but you can half the amount for dried cilantro)
1 tablespoon lime/lemon juice (optional)

dice tomatoes to 1/4 inch cubes, place in med bowl.
mince garlic cloves, onion, and chilis add to tomatoes
add lime or lemon juice, if desired.
mix well, . . . let chill in fridge for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend . . . enjoy! serve chillled

This works great as guacamole, as well, just half the amount of tomatoes, add four mushed avacadoes, and leave out the chilis! Delicioso!!!
