i have a friend of a friend who fixes cars. and he quotes me 370 for a job that entails the following, with 240 for parts and 130 for labor.
-power steering pump (it makes a screeching noise when you cut the wheel to much in one direction, and gets stiff. worse in the rain)
-AC
-Fuel gauge always reads full
-Drivers side power window, goes down, wont go back up, so i guess the motor?
-leak in the container for the window washer fluid, so i assume he's replacing it
he says he's getting the parts from auto zone, at a discounted price.
Anyone know if this is a good quote?
should i watch out for anything? all advice is welcome.
