I have a project for psychology, basically we have to create a questionnaire on any subject, collect data and write up about the results.
I have decided I would like to do a survey on eating disorder awareness, to find out how much people know about these illnesses as I myself suffer from Bulimia nervosa.
The problem is I am having real trouble writing some good questions which would be relevant to the topic. It is a subject I know a lot about and is quite close to my heart, which kind of makes it harder.
I would like to ask perhaps some questions like, "Which of these statements best describes Anorexia?", "Or which of these is not a type of eating disorder?", then have a list of options.
But I am not really sure what options to put, or how to word it.
