I have photoshop already installed on my laptop but its very basic. I was just wondering what are some good programs for photo editing. I've seen some photos mostly on myspace haha and they are done really nicely and not over the top, some effects make it look really soft and natural. Im also curious on how to achieve certain lighting effects, in particular the little rings of light in a picture. I dont mind if they cost alot to download or such but im very interested in any decent suggestions. Thankyou
