Call of Duty, any of them. Try online games, you don't get board of them for a long time.

call of duty (any of them but world at war is better on online play)
resistance 1 and 2 is a must have for ps3 owner since thats the best game for ps3 and exclusivly is made for only playstation so u need to get resistance but honeslty these are the only games but they are four in a way coz they have sequels and call of duty modern warfare 2 is coming out so keep an eye out for that but all pse 3 owner shoudl try resistance;fall of man best game for ps3 and so is call of duty world at war but u an can get that for the 360 aswell

Any Call Of Duty game because of Multiplayer.

Far Cry 2 has like a 30+ hour long story then you still have stuff to do after that.

Infamous is good because you can play as good on one and then evil in another.

Little Big PLanet still has DLC still coming out for it, as does Burnout Paradise.
