Just act like you are going to get up and walk away and keep repeating over and over: Is that the best price you can do? Do not purchase the vehicle until the Sales person has to bring over the sales manager and then repeat to him: Is that the best price you can do? Repeat that statement over and over and smile. And then get up and walk away. The once you've finalized a price ask for extras.
