Like how old of a teen and where at in CO? We use to go camping up by Boulder and there are a few places by Ft. Collins as well. Those were the best because if you forgot something it was easy to get to a place to buy anything. As far as actual summer camps just search "colorado summer camps" on yahoo. There are more then enough results to point you in the right direction. I guess it really just depends on the actual age and location. I grew up in Arvada so there was something always to do.
