Good no-cook desserts?

anyone know any good, tasty desserts that require no cooking (unless using the microwave)

P.S. Does anyone know a plain cookie dough recipe?

How about try to make a mango float or fruit salad or Buko(green coconut) salad. In Philippines that's the one of the tasty desserts we can make (no-cook). Better search it to your google tru Filipino Desserts.
 
PISTACHIO FLUFF

1 large container Cool Whip, thawed
1 small package instant pistachio pudding
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3-4 c. miniature marshmellows
Fold all ingredients together, until well blended. Chill.....
