i have a different suggestion:

humanize the facts. a catchy headline won't bring a collection of dry facts to life and your readers will lose interest by paragraph 2, guaranteed.

rewrite the article - let's say you are able to focus it on a known survivor - perhaps someone who went thru hell and was found long after s/he was supposed to be dead.

then the headline will suggest itself. trust me.

I am doing this project on the 2008 Sichuan earthquake.
I have written the article allready, (it's just really about why the earthquake happened, the effects, facts, figures etc.) but now I need a good catchy headline for it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks! :)

I think the previous suggestion was the best but here are some ideas:

"The Day the Earth Moved"

"Shaken"

"Earthquake: A Survivor's Story"

Good luck!
