Not at all, as Mussolini said in his earlier days of uncorrupted (in other words, Fascism without the influence of Hitler) governance, that "Fascism is not an article of export." It's something which only must be done to either ensure power or recreate it. It's something which exists merely to counteract corruption and prevent decline, or to make a previously great nation great again, and therefore, must only come up when a situation calls for it.

I, unlike most people, do not agree that Western Style governments work everywhere, but rather believe that people should determine a governmental system that works along with cultural ideas. Spreading Democracy to unwilling countries is a surefire way to fail, because it doesn't work in many, and Fascism is the same way.

The Hezbollah has done it several times for more than 20 years and a few of them were tortured to death and/or sent to Iran.
