I understand that the best way to understand and learn the techniques of iron palm are from a good instructor. I believe I can do this, however I would also like to have a book just to reference too and learn from.
Can anyone tell me the best book for iron palm? Ultimate Iron Palm is supposedly quite good but any opinions would be appreciated.
