I just got my G1 a little over a week ago. My parents are looking into buying my first car. they have to conditions...must be a chrysler and can't eb too expensive(clearly...no one wants to pay a lot...especially for a first car) but other then that it's my choice...I don't' know a lot about cars so I was wondering what would be a good first one? what should I be looking for in terms of like condition and things? any help is greatly appreciated! =) xo.

I hear good things about the PT Cruiser but I picked a Toyota made in California over the car assembled in Mexico but the people who own them seem to like them and they look good and are versatile.

Well for a young lady like yourself who obviously still in school and doesn't have alot of money for insurance, repairs etc Look for 3 things reliability, re-sale value, and condition.
I wouldn't go for any american car, they are junk and always break down; costing you alot of money in the long run. Get yourself any japanese car like a honda, toyota, mazda, acura etc. Those cars have strong engines lasting you years if you take good care of it. Also have a better re-sale value if someday you wish to sale it again.
Finally condition honestly, play smart you can only see so much by your eye. Take it to your mechanic who you trust, and ask him if its worth it. He has the tools and will see everything!
