Hi Richard if your after a scooter/ moped for the sort of height you are the sort of moped that would suit you would be something like a derbi senda which is a trail sort of moped which the height of it would be ideal for you & it will so much more comfortable for your riding as you can also adjust the suspension on most of these style of bikes to suit your height ... hope this helps
