im 17 years old in my last year of high school and i want to lose my belly and some fat on my but, im not that much over weight but the stomach is killing me i hate to do sit ups.
i was skinny until i was 10 then gained alot of weight(very noticable) and i lost it since then but my stomach and but are still remaining,
i play soccer with my friends(which is why i lost weight in the first place) and im planning to go to the gym, what machines will help me there and what exercises are useful on the side
