So I have finally decided to buckle down and lose weight. I want to lose around 80lbs still. I've already started a healthier diet and I walk/jog a mile to two miles a day on the treadmill and I've lost around 15lbs so far but I just feel like I should be doing more. Any suggestions? I'm a male by the way. Like a said I have a treadmill and I also have an exercise ball and weights and also I have access to a gym
