Thanks for at least clicking on this. Alright heres some info on me, Im about 5'6 or somewhere around there and Im right around 200 pounds. Im not exactly fat, but I definitly am chubby. I dont mind the weight or anything, because Ive been with it since I can remember, and Idk why Ive been with it for so long, because I was a very active kid, and still am (in a sense). Anyways my question is this. I am looking for a good way to lose weight not muscle. I work out 3 times a week focusing 2 days on arms and 1 day on legs, getting a good run and ab workout in each one, even though Ive lost some weight I would like to lose more before the weight-a-thon this year. Any ideas, diets, excercises, medicane, anything? Thanks for reading, and please answer =)
