I do Crew and seeing as its the winter we mainly just work out, because the water is frozen. Unfortunately, we do different exercises all the time at practice so its hard to plan a routine to go with it. Currently, I just do one full-body set with medium weight and reps, but after being sore for a few days I feel like its already too easy. If it helps, we usually do more reps and less weight in practice, although I would prefer going more for bulk. So what would you suggest for sets? Should I do some before practice and finish with more after, or something completely different?
