Good engineering and business colleges?

I really like the New England area but Virginia is ok too, no farther south. UConn and Virginia tech are looking pretty good but are there any others? University of Vermont would be sick but i don't know if it has good engineering and business programs. My GPA's around 3.7. I want to go somewhere where I can snowboard too.

MIT and UMich have both a great business and engineering program. If you also like the west coast then Berkeley is a good fit also.
