Good Dirt Bike for a Heavy set guy?

I am only 5'9 and and weigh 240. I used to ride 250cc 2 strokes when i was younger but for the last 10 years have been riding street bikes. Now I want to do dirtbikes and I am not all caught up on what would be a good bike with somebody of my short height and size. I have a lot of riding experience just need some good suggestions and why.
All around riding
Also have wondered if a cr250f would have enough to move me around well
 
you have a serious problem.
Todays dirt bikes had too much suspension travel and thus are too tall for you,

Fortunately the new 50cc dirt bikes are hot. And you wont fall far.
